Antes que nada quiero felicitar a mi Águila Favorita por haber logrado sobrevivir un año más de vida en este mundo que poco a poco se cae a pedazos: FBDI!!! El día de ayer (hoy en la madrugada para ser exactos), mientras celebrábamos su cumpleaños entonando canciones populares a todo pulmón una en específico resaltó ante mis ojos de entre la larga lista. Sabía que era una canción que de seguro solo yo conocía en ese lugar, por lo cual decidí no pedirla al DJ. Esa canción me trajo muchos recuerdos por lo que significa para mí, por lo que dice, por el momento en el que compré el disco, la persona que encontró el disco, entre otras cosas.

La canción se llama Leave The Pieces y pertenece al grupo The Wrekers conformado por Michelle Branch (una de mis artistas favotiras) y Jessica Harp. Con un estilo country, esta canción habla de un amor inseguro y de lo que significa dejarlo ir. Aunque no es mi favorita de ellas (esa es Cigarettes) igual la considero una buena canción.
